Prior:
Initial meeting 3 months out from wedding date to gather information and get to know you
Month-of meeting to finalize details
Day Of ($2000)
Ensure seamless set up of ceremony and reception venues
Facilitate timeline and direct guests to appropriate seats
Communicate with all vendors (photography/videography, DJ, catering/food and dessert, wedding venue, etc)
Track any final payments to all vendors
Communicate with the bridal party at all times for any last minute needs
Place all gifts in their appropriate vehicles at the end of the night
Help arrange end of the night clean up and make sure decor and flowers make it to appropriate destinations
Always two sisters present for day of coordination
